Though, would not the implied intent, within the video, be an arguable defense of fifth? It's baffling , if " Justice " is so "Red taped." (THAT, Not ´If,´) Remember, this was a "speeding ticket stop" Which should have gone, "information ( Reason for stop) "No, we can hear eachother. Write a ticket, thank-you. Any other argument by a Leo is over legal power. (which sadly (Gladly) You find the fault)
@Bradley Shipman done:)
@Georgia Constitution Media l
@Martin Wagoner no
@Eshootzi Scrs the only right in the bill that say will not be infringed is the 2nd addmendment.
"Everyone's different. You like the window down. I dont." Holy shit I'm dying over here.
Mannn this was soooo CRINGY to watch!!! Uggggh😩
Thats illegal
This is why I hate white people 😂
Seams to me that the officer was just trying to be human, but then again, I’m not from America..
Just roll the window down man
Holy shit this trooper is obnoxious. Let it go bro. Control freak.
Idk, but I don’t understand why some officers feel they should ask, “why are you being so defensive and argumentative” all that question is going to do is just make the person more argumentative and defensive. There is no serious way of protecting yourself from that argument. All it does is just make the situation worse.
That's a lie every cop is a bad cop.. And you have proving that you're a bad cop because his window down is very irritating to you.
You are out to hurt this man and that why you can't get past that he knows the law which states that he does not have to roll hids window down so that you can enter his vehicle. He's smarter than you cop. So leave this man the fuck alone fool.
You cop should not try anyalizing what you think of this man. You cannot tell him anything that you want. That's a lie and a false police report.
Trooper Little "I CAN TELL YOU TO DO WHATEVER I WANT." There you have it. If any of you blue line bootlickers want to come to his defense and say "He let him off with a warning when he couldve written a ticket." Did you hear Little Trooper say he couldnt find anything? Not a ticket? Not a warning? Squeaky clean. Sure Little Trooper couldve escalated but he knew extorting this guy wasn't worth the trouble. Come on police sycophants. Show me your blind stupidity and follow their command to Back The Blue! LoL
James needs to go to the gym
If he was black and speaking to this cop like this would have lead to another set up murder for the media outlets to exploit and incite riots.
It is every cops intent to escalate the stop. Increase potential violations within thier power of persuasion and observation. Dont trust them. Its usually, not in your best interest.
I've paused it at 16:30 and thinking, really, Mr. Transparent as we are calling him for this video, should really tell him, "Why? Simply because I believe Americans need to stop 'letting go' of our rights as citizens. It is my right to do and not do certain things as a citizen of the US, and the more I give up on 'the little things, like the window' the more likely I am to lose the right to bigger things down the line. The more I whittle on a piece of wood, the smaller that piece of wood becomes, sir, and I'd like to keep my wood as big as possible for as long as possible." Then, with a little smirk-like smile, "Don't you want to keep your piece of wood as big as possible officer?"
What the policeman like this guy are going to do when we are going to have driveless cars in 5-10 years?
They look so alike come on thats his brother for sure...
Police officers don't have a hard enough time wondering if they are in danger or about to be threatened as well as all the other hard times and issues they deal with so mr dick has to give him a hard time.....
why can't cities, counties and states hire competent people as police officers? just focus on the stop and be done w/things.
He wanted him to roll it all the way down so he could stick his hand down and unlock the door and open it
That officer is creepy af
On the other hand, I've been pulled over for speeding once, 42 years ago in my yellow firebird. I was respectful, had a good conversation and got off with a verbal warning. If this was real, I'm sure this dude will be paying for his ticket.
I hate cops
Don't. Some of them are good people stuck in the wrong line of work.
Im so jealous of people that can keep there compsor like this. Cold blooded
If speeding isn’t a big deal, then why pull him over for speeding?
Your videos are awesome.
Do not start giving orders to a police officer, your life will be so much easier.
That cop really was trying to use that window against the civilian. Pretty much what we have these days in the police force, cops looking to incriminate just about anyone for even the smallest of things.
Yep cop was power hungry, somebody needs to that to him heehee
The cop was trying to have one more under his CAP!!!JUST SHOWING OFFthe guy in the car was IN HIS RIGHTS
That trooper was trying to start a fight🤦♂️😳
“I can tell you to do whatever I want” that is the biggest piece of evidence anyone needs to incriminate an officer of abuse of power
I think the officer is only concerned he isn’t able to peek his head in or that in case he would want to harm the officer he is quite a distance away
Honestly this dude sounds more annoying than the officer
Cops are only deterred by cameras and recording devices. Otherwise liars and blatantly criminals
Dude they are the same person
All cops do is lie and bully!!!
Mr. transparency did actually specifically mention his right to remain silent when pressed about his speeding and dash footage. He did not do so in the beginning, but he did later.
Laws need to be fully fleshed out. This stupid old world way of writing laws is always messing things up in court and confuses a lot of things.
this meeting could've been an email.
The trooper could have been an ass and give a ticket then go to court to fight it. I would have told him how fast i was going especoally when he Promised to not give a ticket. Its all recorded so being that he didnt give a ticket i would have reciprocated just because....
Unpopular opinion: this cop was actually one of the better ones in his handling of this situation. Good, but of course, not perfect. Perfect would have been "don't want to roll down your windows fully? Ok." Perfect would have been "you're exercising your 5th Amendment right to remain silent? Ok, no more incident-related questions, even though I am genuinely curious." Here's the thing though: cops will never be perfect. They will never speak or act perfectly. They will never conduct themselves perfectly, all the time. They will NEVER uphold the Law perfectly; they are not lawyers. It's very likely they don't know the Law, as they didn't study law like a lawyer or judge. Lastly, if Mr. Transparent had been black, this very likely would have played out VERY differently. Honestly, the best takeaway from this video is that a car dashcam is becoming necessary for self-protection.
Algo
He was just making it worse for himself, all the officer was asking was for him to roll down the window(to make it less awkward and ensure his safety)
I mean I’m not on the cops side or anything, but dang if that guy wouldn’t have been such a man Karen about that, the cop prolly wouldn’t have done anything from a normal speeding ticket or warning even if it was false the speed gun could’ve malfunctioned. Even if it was unlikely
They’re twins
He could have just rolled the window down and been done with it
If this was a black man .....
If you’d comply tell him he’s wrong then leave takes less time and you can report the incident faster I don’t fuckn care who u are respect them until they give you a reason not to
The driver is a douche. Looks like ex military or wannabe, which is just as bad as cops.
I really want to see ATA get pulled over😂😂it's be an ass whoppin
IF this was a BLACK MAN he would be dead by now. This 'friendly" conversation would not have happen. WOW!!!!
he coulda jus rolled his window down and left sooner
This guy is being a idiot, he's looking for trouble,
The cop could have been smarter and said, "Whoa, do I see a gun on your passenger's seat? Pull down the windows please Sir! Oh, that's not a gun.. I thought it was. Never mind." End of story.
Cops need too learn how too deal with this shit better the cop looked so idiotic when it comes too over all knowing laws and even says “I can make this worse if you want” something along the lines, like holy shit why does every cop get but hurt when the law is being passed😭 let’s educate these people better the policing academy needs tweaks
Bro if he was black he would have been shot by just saying no I don’t want to roll down my window
Honestly, I'm just curious about why he doesn't wanna roll the window down. Just curious
Cop can steal the camera, drop drugs in the car, engage with violence ...
The only reason he would want it down is for officer safety, a quick way to piss an officer off. The fact you couldn’t just roll your window all the way down is so childish, officers get smoked on the regular from simple resistance that escalates into something more. Not the officers fault that he’s nervous over this stuff.
If James was Black and talking the same way to that officer, this would've escalated and ended up in an arrest or death.
Can a police officer as part of a simple traffic violation after you follow his or her request to step out of the car Do they have the right to handcuff you..
Tbh. I’m totally on the Officer Littles side. I mean dude, just role with window down and be respectful as possible.
Was he going 87 or was that a lie too?
Aww trooper got butt hurt lol. His potential power trip failed lol.
You're clearly looking for trouble if you don't have enough respect for another human being to lower a window. Regardless, a police officer should remain calm and understanding for another individual in any circumstance.
The trooper wanted to shoot him so bad 🤣🤣
Exercising your rights is not being argumentative..
That cop acts like that drunk dude in the bar who won’t leave a girl alone who is obviously not into it. Officer cringe
When our laws are so unknown to the common people that a FIboth video has to be made to teach people
My brother got pulled over for speeding on the highway. The cop that pulled him over wasn't using a radar so he wasn't sure how fast my brother was going but could visually see he was speeding. After writing my brother the ticket he asked how fast my brother was going. My brother asked if he was gonna give him another ticket and the cop replied with "No, I already gave you a ticket, I'm just curious". My brothers reply was "I don't know, the speedometer stops at 120". The cop laughed and walked away.
I just don't want them to shoot me, so if they ask me to roll the window down a little more, I'll do it.
He started this off. Always best to be nice to a cop. Show them respect in routine. People aren’t their best while angry.
“It’s a little weird when you don’t wanna roll your window down.” Get the f outta here.
Thank god mr. transparency wasn’t black 😂
Imagine if James was black... in Arkansas😅
Not sure I get it. Don’t be a total rude loser, wind down the window and be polite! What’s with this US thing about trying to undermine police? Who gives if they are ‘bossy’ - they are in a position of power, number one rule is be polite, do as you’re asked. Always works for me!
this cop was like the "you got games on your phone?" kid
Yes!!!! 😂
Is this channel a required course so I can get my law degree from FIboth University? What a lame way to make a living.
Well I know gps recorded speed is probably not 100% accurate.
That cop enforcing the law is deeply disturbing.
5th amendment is a right not a privilege. Driving is a privilege not a right
I would have called him Mr privilege.
Let me tell you a secret about officers. They are haunted by their family pathology, are bi-polar yet social freaks, and adrenaline junkies. If they don't get their endorphins "Winning" through daily encounters, they will stalk you as would any High/Low-functioning psychopath emotional girlfriend, until you give them what they desire, understand?...they don't know where they stand in life and improv everything.
This driver is a know it all brat.... honestly that cop is great being so patient with this guy. Sometimes people this this dude need to chill, he was way too defensive
im not being difficult haha he is a little bit tho haha
Bro if this guy was that mad about a fucking window I would’ve just rolled it down to avoid trouble
11:36 Mr. Transparency invokes his right to remain silent. Is that not what AtA was looking for at 15:38?
Lol the driver did a phenomenal job.
Thanks to the forefathers who wrote the Constitution!
Bro this channel is actually filled with a bunch of Karens
“I can’t. I have a code of conduct that I live out” goes a long way.
The real question... how fast was he going?
“I don’t want my window down because I’m contagious”
Lol
This was actually hilarious 🤣
I know that the law says all that stuff but the blue shirt guy was obviously just being difficult. And trying to limit what he has to do on purpose. Other than co-operating just because it's the humanly respectful thing to do. Blue shirt guy is just another person that wants to show how much he knows the law more than the police. The officers job is to also interview in a way, question and judge the situation just incase.
